PURCHASING FROM CRUSADER

Non-firearm items purchased from Crusader are typically shipped the same or next business day.

When purchasing a firearm from Crusader, a Crusader representitive will work with you directly on you order. Upon completetion of your firearm, Crusader will make payment arrangements with you and discuss the next steps in getting your order to you. A firearm must be shipped to an FFL in your state of residence. We are unable to ship ANY weapon purchased from us to a non-FFL.

Below we have provided the typical steps that are involved in you firearms purchase to you.

STEP 1

Upon completeing your weapons build Crusader will contact you to request payment and ask that you have the FFL of your choice email a copy of their license to ffl@crusaderweaponry.com.

YOU MAY ALTERNATIVELY MAIL YOUR FFL VIA "SNAILMAIL" TO THE ADDRESS ON OUR CONTACT PAGE. HOWEVER, KEEP IN MIND THAT YOUR TRANSACTION WILL BE DELAYED UNTIL WE RECEIVE AND VERIFY YOUR FFL.

STEP 2

Crusader, upon receiving payment and the FFL, will verify it and prepare your weapon for shipment. You will receive an email from Crusader containing order details and tracking numbers when you weapon ships.

STEP 3

Sit back and relax. Your new weapon will ship via UPS Next Day Air.

SHIPPING TO CRUSADER

If you have purchased a service from Crusader and will be shipping your weapon to us, this section applies to you.

Federal law allows the shipment of a firearm to a Gunsmith or dealer of warranty or repair service without the use of an intermediate FFL. As such, you can ship your weapon directly to us and we can ship it directly back to you.

STEP 1

Pack your unloaded weapon securely in a hard case placed inside a plain durable cardboard box. Do not mark the box in any fashion that indicates that it contains a firearm. Include with your weapon a copy of your emailed receipt complete with order ID.

STEP 2

Contact Crusader via email to confirm that we are expecting your weapon. This is an important step as we will reject delivery of any weapon we are not expecting to receive.

DO NOT SHIP YOUR WEAPON TO US WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US!

STEP 3

Once your order has been confirmed by us, ship your weapon to us at the following address via the carrier of your choice.


Crusader Weaponry recommends using UPS Next Day Air Saver to ship your weapon.
